The Financial Services Development Council (FSDC) continues its efforts in supporting human capital development in Hong Kong by holding its eighth edition of Career Day 2021 in virtual format the second time on 23 October. The event was concluded with a strong turnout of 13 speakers providing undergraduate and postgraduate participants with perspectives from multiple dimensions to look into their job prospects in the financial services industry amid uncertainty over the pandemic.
This year’s Career Day engaged attendees with live interactive polling on topics covered in the two panel discussions. In Panel 2 entitled “ESG”, speakers discussed the wide application of sustainable finance and what makes a candidate become more competitive in this area.
