Further to the publication of the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC)’s paper No. 48, “Revitalisation of Hong Kong’s Real Estate Investment Trusts Market - Promoting Liquidity” (“the FSDC paper”), the FSDC is undertaking ongoing initiatives to support the development of Hong Kong’s real estate investment trusts (REITs) market, through facilitating industry exchanges and promoting the REITs market.
