The FSDC hosted the webinar “Make an IMPACT!”, the second one of the newly launched “Industry Exchange Series”.
Distinguished speakers including Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury Mr Joseph Chan, RS Group Asia’s Managing Director Ms Ronie Mak, The Global Impact Investing Network’s Senior Advisor for South East Asia Ms Maud Savary-Mornet and S&P Global Market Intelligence’s Head of Asia Pacific ESG Business Development Mr Michael Salvatico together gave an overview on the current position of impact investing in Hong Kong and in the region. In addressing the potential challenges faced by the industry, they shared the strategies and initiatives taken by the Government and private equities to facilitate the development of a comprehensive ESG ecosystem, and ways to measure impact of impact investing.
