The FSDC successfully launched the pilot job-shadowing scheme – Talent Amplifier Programme (TAP) in the second quarter of 2020, with an aim to help build a sustainable talent pool for the financial services industry in Hong Kong. Through TAP, we offered 20 university students real-life exposure to the workplace of a financial institution. They can shadow C-suite executives, including FSDC Board member Ms Ding Chen and Dr King Au, human Capital Committee member Mr Thomas Wong, as well as Mr Eric Yip and Mr Thomas Tsui of The Bank of East Asia, Limited, for a full day and have a glimpse into the work of the company’s top management.
